Purushotam. Male. 32 years.
I will be working with one client over 12-36 months, in the journey of sculpting the body.
The training will be asynchronous, means I will not be present when you will be training. As I am a carer of my bed ridden mother, and you can also train the time that is perfect for you.
What I will be doing?
I will be your companion in the sculpting journey
I will be reviewing your body movements through videos and sending feedback
Helping you decide on which days to train and rest, on scheduled training days.
Weekly review of the progress on call
I will not be a trainer in the traditional sense.
The fees. ₹1.5 lakh rupees per month for the first year.
Doctor Clearance
You need to get the written clearance from a cardiologist and orthopedic.
If you want to get the clearances first and then contact me, here is your questions.
What to give the Cardiologist:
"Doctor, I am starting a specialized fitness program and my trainer requires medical clearance.
The training involves alactic maximal intent work. I will be performing short bursts (under 15 seconds) of 100% maximal effort, explosive bodyweight movements.
My trainer needs you to confirm that I am cleared for:
1. Sudden, extreme spikes in blood pressure and rapid heart rate acceleration from a resting state.
2. The vascular and structural stress associated with maximal exertion bursts (and potential breath-holding/Valsalva mechanics used for core bracing).
Are there any underlying vascular risks, arrhythmias, or structural heart issues (like an aneurysm or enlarged heart) that make extreme, sudden cardiovascular pressure spikes unsafe for me?"
What to give the Orthopedic Specialist:
"Doctor, I am starting a specialized fitness program and my trainer requires medical clearance.
The training involves high-velocity concentrics and heavy eccentric loading. I will be accelerating my body weight at absolute maximum speed, followed immediately by slow, 3-second controlled descents to absorb the force.
My trainer needs you to confirm that my joints, spine, and connective tissues are cleared for:
1. Extreme Rate of Force Development (RFD):
Generating maximum physical force in milliseconds.
2. High mechanical tension on tendons:
Absorbing high-impact, explosive energy during the 3-second eccentric phase.
Are my tendons (specifically the Achilles and patellar), ligaments, cartilage, and spine structurally sound enough to withstand violent, sudden snaps of force and heavy yielding loads without a high risk of rupture or herniation?"
Is this a new creation in training?
No. It is popular as power training.
Alactic Training Regimen
Time taken per session(when we will start the full regimen)
Monday, 90-120 mins
Tuesday, 90-120 mins

We will have rests of 3 mins between sets.
Before we start the above regimen
We will need to have a conditioning phase of 8-16 weeks depending on your body. To prepare your tendons, ligaments, cartilage to the maximal velocity concentrics.
Time to get sculpted
It will take three full years, for the sculpture to be felt. A progressive sculpture.
First year, you will be training with me. Second and the third too, you can train with me or train on your own. But before starting you need to commit to train three years for the sculpture.
Is this the best training regimen?
No. Other training modalities are also perfect in their ways.
This regimen is longevity and sculpture focused.
This alactic training is only performed with our bodies and no external weights. Bodyweight training.
